Ok Guys, i am like tired of Explaining Again and Again on How to Post Correctly on WWF.

Here we Go, I will Explain how to Use the Rich Text Editor :excited: :excited:

1. Here is what you see when you are posting, its the Standard Posting BOX Letz get introduced with the Toolbox



Ok in the Above Pic, you see the Toolbox marked in RED.

2. Now Let me Explain Buttons on the Toolbox

- Bold an Item
- Italics
-
- Strike Through
- Font Color
- HyperLink ( Not to be Used Though, Because Live Links are not Allowed)
- Email (No use on this Forum Though)
- Insert a Image (like i am doing right Now LOL)
- Quote a Previous Post
- CODE LINKS (Most Important on this BOARD)
- Standard Alignment Buttons

- Inserts a Numbered List
- Inserts a Bulleted List


Ok now how to Use these Buttons

1. Lets say we write a Sentence like a Common Tutorial "Hello World". We wanna Make it Bold.

All we have to do is Write Hello World in the Box and Select "Hello World" and Click the BOLD Button

After we Click the Button, the TEXT becomes
[*b] Hello World[*/b] - Note i have ADDED [*] to show example here.

Same Goes for Italics Underline, and Strike .

Just Remember to Select the Text on which you want the FORMATTING And click the Appropraite Buttons to Atke Effect. Its like we were working on Mcft Office.
How To POST IMAGES

Easy Way

First of all Upload the Image to www.Imagepile.net or any other FREE Image hosting site. If you use Firefox, you can use these Extensions

ImagePile.net Extension - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2319/

Once you have Downloaded the Above Extensions, Right Click the Image you wanna upload from the Web and Select Upload to Imageshack or ImagePile



Once you have Uploaded the Image, you will get a New Page saying, Direct link to image in imageshacknohotlinking (Last Link BOX) or To send this image to friends and family, copy and paste this code: in ImagePile.net (First Link BOX)

Copy the Image Code and paste it in the Posting Window.

1. Say we got this Link "http://img2.imagepile.net/img2b/345image2zy1.jpg"
2. Select the ImageLink and Click the Image Button on TOP



So this Link

Ok How to CODE the Links now

1. Select all the Link and Click the Code Button on TOP



For Example, we have the Following links

All we have to do is Select all the Link and Click CODE BUTTON, So this becomes

How to make a screencap of a movie
-----------------------------------------------------

This is a guide on how to easily create and add great looking screenshots to your upload.

The 2 things you need are:

1. ImageGrabberII - A brilliant program!

2. A free image host - http://Imagepile.net, http://PhotoBucket.com, http://Tinypic.com.

1. Creating screenshots

To get started open up your movie in ImageGrabber (supports wmv aswell) and the movie will start playing. Click the red stop button and the movie is open and ready to go.

Click this button and the following dialog box will appear


Enter the number of screens shots you would like to take of the scene. A good number for a scene is probably about 10-15 and you can have a play around with this and the number of columns explained in the settings below to see what you like.

When you click OK it will go through the movie taking the screen shots and add them to the timeline across the bottom.

You can add individual selected screenshots by using the scrollbar to move to the picture you want and clicking this button to add the current image at the end of the timeline.

Once you have all the pics you want you can arrange the screenshots in the timeline.
* Right click a screenshot to delete it, delete all or change the text label.

* Left click a screenshot to drag it to where you want in the timeline.

Once you have all the screens you want, on the File menu click Save File and you will see the following default settings dialog box ...



Layout: Good idea to make the dimensions of each screen (Tile) a fraction of the original to avoid distortion.

Style: Details of the drop shadow around your screens and the background color for your image.

Info: You can include the time each sample was taken in the vid.

JPEG: You can adjust the quality down to reduce the file size say for a full movie with many screens.

Details: You can include the basic movie statistics in the image.

There are plenty of possible configurations, try playing around with different settings until you find a layout you like.
Click the save button and using the Default settings will produce an image with a layout similar to this ...



Once you have your image you may want to resize it or modify it in some way, a nice free and easy to use image viewing/editing tool is irfanview -

Now you have your screenshots, the next step is hosting your cool new image.

The are a few free image hosting web sites around and most of them operate the same way. The best 1 at the moment is:
